At the November meeting, elections for the Club Officers for the 2018 calendar year were held. The following individuals were elected by the club membership:

Other Business
At the November meeting, a motion was made to facilitate the transfer of the Club’s assets into the newly formed 501(c)3 organization. The motion stated:
“A motion to authorize the transfer of all assets and property, tangible and intangible, from “Desert Radio Amateur Transmitting Society of Palm Springs”, a 501(c)7 organization under the Internal Revenue Code, to “The Desert Radio Amateur Transmitting Society of Palm Springs”, a 501(c)3 organization under the Internal Revenue Code, effective January 1, 2018″.
The motion passed unanimously by the membership. The transfer will complete early in the new year.
