Our April meeting will be on Tuesday, April 20th at 7:00 P.M. It will be a Zoom meeting and we will circulate the Zoom details on Monday before the meeting.
April 20th: Tom Fagan, K7DF will present on Stealth Antennas
Tom Fagan K7DF has been a ham for 45 years and has worked in the Aerospace industry for 35 years. He specializes in electromagnetic inference issues, stealth antennas, grounding and lightning protection. He has been the ARRL Technical Specialist, Technical Coordinator and Section Manager for Arizona. He is now an assistant section manager for Arizona, working with new hams, scouts and those in need of some technical help. Tom is also the QCWA Chapter 16 president and the vice president of the Aerospace Corporation Amateur Radio Club (W6AGO).
May 18th: Roland Hoffman KC6JPG will present on “ATN and Amateur Television”
Roland, KC6JPG, is the Amateur Television Network (ATN) digital systems director and net manager. We are in for a special treat as every Tuesday evening is the Amateur Television Network’s “The Weekly Net” and we will be checking in with ATV hams from around the world as our group will experience and interact with the ATV community during a LIVE presentation.
