The Ham radio club at the American Legion Post 519 hosted about a dozen Boy Scouts from around the valley for last months annual Jamboree On The Air. The scouts spent the day making contact with other scouts and hams from around the country on 20 Meters at the post club station. Pictured is the RATS very own Tom AE6WL helping out one of the scouts to make contacts.
If you are a vet and live in a antenna restricted area, you might consider joining The American Legion and operating HF out of the club station.
